Fully automated dismantling production line for power battery packs
New energy vehicle power battery theoretical life of 4-8 years, retired power battery recycling discharge tipping point will arrive. It is expected that the domestic large-scale installation of new energy vehicle power battery around 2017 will usher in the recycling discharge period in 2023. Power batteries are usually recycled in the form of battery packs. The recycling of power batteries is mainly divided into two modes: 1) stepwise utilisation of decommissioned batteries with a lesser degree of capacity degradation; and 2) dismantling of batteries that can't be stepwise utilised and recycling of lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, and other materials therein. The gradual utilisation of used batteries refers to the re-utilisation of power batteries through repair, transformation or remanufacturing when the batteries have reached their designed service life, generally at the same level or at a reduced level. Used battery dismantling and recycling refers to the dismantling of used batteries and recovery of the usable resources therein through physical, chemical or biological means.
