Fluoride spraying requires a uniform and stable coating, no scattering, no glue and no waste, to avoid the impact on the performance of the cured coating, resulting in different product quality; fluoride liquid price is high, the incorrect use of the enterprise will increase the production cost, uneven coating will also lead to frequent rework.
Fluorinated liquid spraying is mostly used for precision electronic parts, dispensing spraying needs to have high positioning accuracy, which puts forward high requirements for the dispensing spraying equipment; part of the electronic components are not flat, but also need to consider the issue of multi-angle coating, simple three-axis dispensing coating equipment can not meet the requirements, the need to participate in the multi-axis platform.
Fluoride spraying process is relatively simple, but need to have high efficiency, to avoid affecting the subsequent production process, the general dispensing and coating equipment will be used in multi-head spraying programme, and need to consider and upstream and downstream production links smooth docking.
