The machine is equipped with CCD machine vision with 3D compensation function, and the whole system is equipped with high-precision branded servo screw control, which can achieve accurate positioning of 0.01mm.

Programme 2: In-line high-speed dispensing robot + piezo-electric injection valve
Process Features: Dispensing of mobile phone communication interfaces by jetting method to avoid bad products caused by contact dispensing. Standardly equipped with a million-class industrial camera, supporting sub-pixel recognition. Equipped with a composite transfer rail, which can be docked to an automatic assembly line. Equipped with a high-precision balance as standard, which supports glue weight detection, and can be configured with production data management functions.
